Growing Instructions

Starting your seeds

You can start cauliflower seeds indoors using a heat mat for better germination. Once seedlings develop a few sets of leaves, move them outdoors. Keep the soil moist and provide 6–8 hours of sunlight daily. When direct sowing cauliflower seeds, plant them about 1/2 inch deep in well-drained soil, spacing them 18–24 inches apart to give them plenty of room to grow.

Harvesting your seeds

When harvesting cauliflower, examine the head to ensure it's firm and compact, with tight curds. Cut the cauliflower head from the stem using a sharp knife, leaving a few inches of stem attached. Harvest before the curds start to separate or turn yellow. Store harvested cauliflower in the refrigerator for freshness.
