Growing Instructions
Starting your seeds
You can start Spinach seeds indoors using a heat mat to encourage germination. Once the seedlings sprout and grow a few sets of leaves, move them outdoors. Keep the soil moist and provide 4–6 hours of sunlight daily. When direct sowing Spinach seeds, plant them about 1/2 inch deep in well-drained soil, spacing them 2–4 inches apart in rows 12–18 inches apart to give them plenty of room to grow.
Harvesting your seeds
To harvest spinach pick the outer leaves when they reach a usable size, allowing the inner leaves to continue growing. Use scissors or pinch the leaves off at the base. Regular harvesting promotes ongoing leaf production.
