Congestion Relief Steam

Ingredients:
1 handful fresh peppermint leaves
4 cups hot water
1 large bowl
1 towel

Instructions:
1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, then remove from heat.
2. Toss in the fresh peppermint leaves and let them steep for 2-3 minutes.
3. Lean over the bowl, covering your head with a towel to trap the steam.
